Booking Timeline: From Inquiry to Pickup

What happens after you submit a request—review, deposit, delivery, and pickup—plus when to book ahead for weekends.

Knowing the timeline helps you plan without chasing messages. A booking request is the start of a clear process: we review, you confirm with a deposit after approval, then we deliver and pick up around your event. Understanding each stage makes the week before your celebration calmer.

1. Submit your booking

Choose packages, event date, delivery address, and contact details. Sign in with Google so your request is linked to your account and easy to track later. Add special notes—gate instructions, guest count, or whether the setup is indoor or outdoor.

The more complete the request, the faster review can move.

2. We review

We check inventory, distance, and schedule. Peak weekends and holiday weeks fill earlier. You will see status updates on your booking page as the request moves through review.

If something needs clarifying—like an address we cannot resolve or a date with limited inventory—we will reach out using your preferred contact method.

3. Approval and deposit

Once approved, follow the deposit instructions in your confirmation email. Your schedule is reserved in earnest after the required deposit is received. Keep your booking reference handy for any follow-up questions.

If plans change after approval, message us as early as possible. Adjustments depend on availability and cancellation timing.

4. Delivery day

We deliver clean tables and chairs to your venue within the arranged window. Have someone present to confirm placement and counts. A quick walk-through at the end of setup prevents surprises when guests arrive.

Share weather backups early if your event is outdoors.

5. Pickup

After the event, we collect the rentals. Keep them dry and accessible when possible. Stacking chairs neatly and clearing paths helps pickup stay quick and careful.

How far ahead should you book?

We recommend booking with enough lead time—especially on weekends and holidays. Same-week requests are sometimes possible, but earlier is kinder to everyone. Check the site announcement for current lead-time guidance, and message us on WhatsApp if your date is soon.

What you can do while waiting

  • Finalize guest count buffer
  • Prep venue access and landmarks
  • Choose linens and accent colors
  • Decide food table vs seating priorities
  • Share updated contact details if the on-site person changes

When you are ready, sign in and start your request on the booking page. Tracking everything in your account keeps status, references, and next steps in one place.
