When you book, create an account, or send us a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, guest count, venue address and map location, and any setup notes you add.

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile (name and email) so we can identify your account. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.

We use your information only to process booking requests, check inventory, coordinate approval and deposits, plan delivery and pickup, and reply to your messages.

We may look at anonymous, combined figures to improve our packages, our delivery-radius estimates, and this website.

We use your venue address and map location only to calculate delivery distance, check that our truck can reach you, and schedule delivery and pickup.

We never sell or rent your location to advertisers or any other third party.

We keep your information private. We share it only with services we need to operate, such as payment processing or the email service that sends your booking updates, or when the law requires it.

Providers that handle our systems or deliveries must keep your information confidential.

We take reasonable steps to keep booking records secure. Booking status links use hashed tokens, so only someone with your link can view that booking.

Please keep your status link and your account access private.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information where applicable, subject to records we must keep for completed rentals, payments, and taxes.

Event notes are optional. Contact and venue details are required to confirm a booking.
