If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account details (such as name and email) needed to identify your account. We do not access your Google contacts or unrelated account data.

We use your information to process booking requests, confirm availability, communicate about approvals and deposits, arrange delivery and pickup, and respond to questions.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve our packages, delivery planning, and website experience.

Address and map location details are used only to estimate delivery distance, confirm service eligibility, and coordinate drop-off and pickup for your event.

We do not sell location data or use it for unrelated advertising.

We do not sell personal information. We share details only when needed to run the business—for example with payment or messaging tools you choose to use, or when required by law.

Service providers who help us host the website, send messages, or process bookings are expected to handle data only for those purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect booking and account information. Secure booking-status links may use hashed tokens so only people with the link can view that request.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please keep booking links and account access private.

You may ask us to update or delete account or contact information where applicable, subject to records we need to keep for completed bookings, deposits, or legal obligations.

You can choose not to provide optional details, though some information is required to process a rental request.
