The terms of every rental.

Sending the booking form creates a request. We hold your date, items, and delivery schedule only after we confirm availability and send you written confirmation.

Your booking is confirmed once we approve it and receive the deposit, or another payment arrangement we agree on in writing.

The deposit secures your date so we can reserve the inventory and the delivery truck. The remaining balance is due on the schedule we set when we approve your request.

We send payment instructions and deadlines when we confirm. Unpaid reservations may be released to other customers.

During the rental, please take reasonable care of the tables, chairs, and accessories. That includes protecting them from bad weather and rough handling, and not moving them to another location without telling us.

Items that are damaged, stained beyond normal event use, or missing are charged for repair or replacement. Tell us early if something happens so we can sort it out fairly.

Delivery times depend on the confirmed schedule, road conditions, and venue access. Please share clear directions, gate or security rules, and unloading instructions when you book.

Delivery is free within 2 km of our base in Pandi. Beyond that, delivery is estimated at about ₱300 per 10 km (₱30 per km) and confirmed when we review your booking.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as soon as possible. Whether a deposit can be refunded or moved to a new date depends on how much notice you give, the inventory already committed, and delivery arrangements.

We may suggest alternatives or cancel a delivery if severe weather or unsafe access puts people at risk. If that happens, we will work with you on a fair arrangement.

We provide clean rental items and deliver on the agreed schedule. The event organizer is responsible for venue suitability, guest safety, and any permits the event needs.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the rental fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses or postponement costs unless agreed in writing.
