Rental & Booking Terms

Submitting a booking form creates a request only. Dates and inventory are held after we review availability and you receive confirmation.

A schedule is confirmed after approval and receipt of the required deposit (or other payment arrangement we confirm in writing).

Deposits secure your rental for the agreed event date and help cover preparation and delivery planning. The remaining balance is due as communicated during approval.

Payment methods and deadlines will be shared when we confirm your booking. Unpaid requests may be released so other customers can book.

Renters are responsible for reasonable care of tables and chairs during the rental period, including protecting items from weather, rough handling, and unauthorized transport.

Damaged, stained beyond normal use, or missing items may incur repair or replacement charges. Please report issues promptly so we can resolve them fairly.

Delivery timing depends on the confirmed schedule, traffic, and venue access. Please share clear directions, gate codes, and unloading notes when you book.

Free delivery applies within 2 km of our service location. Distances beyond that may include a delivery fee, confirmed during review before you finalize.

If you need to cancel or change dates, contact us as soon as possible. Deposit refunds or rescheduling options depend on notice timing, inventory commitments, and what we can reasonably accommodate.

We may cancel or propose alternatives if weather, access, or inventory issues make a safe delivery impossible. In those cases we will work with you on a fair next step.

Our role is to provide clean rental furniture and agreed delivery or pickup service. Venue suitability, guest safety, and event permits remain the renter’s responsibility.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability related to a rental is limited to fees paid for that booking. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as event postponement costs beyond what we expressly agree in writing.
